If you don’t already own a bike, it’s time you did. Not only are they better for the environment than an automobile, but they are also a great way to improve your health and enjoy the outdoors.

The smell of fresh air, the sounds of nature, and the beauty that is the rockies. Since my last drop-in here on ecoki, I have shed my fossil fuel-burning-shell known as the “Greyhound bus”, and have taken to a full-time, fully sustainable cycling lifestyle.

We already know that using a bike instead of an automobile is better for your health, the environment, and, often, more convenient.
