Since saying goodbye to my Otesha times in Regina, I’ve been to many places the last 2 weeks, met many awesome people, and clocked a lot of km’s!

Weeks fly by, you forget to do things, you’re totally exhausted, can’t find enough time in the day, and everyone around you has a smile on.

The smell of fresh air, the sounds of nature, and the beauty that is the rockies. Since my last drop-in here on ecoki, I have shed my fossil fuel-burning-shell known as the “Greyhound bus”, and have taken to a full-time, fully sustainable cycling lifestyle.

We already know that using a bike instead of an automobile is better for your health, the environment, and, often, more convenient.
