I previously reviewed this as a good pan. It was, until it became total garbage like every other “green” ceramic pans I’ve purchased.
The coating wears off. FAST. And then it’s just total garbage, everything sticks to it

After a few months use it looses it’s non stick properties. Eggs have to be scraped off.

.Great review. After reading a lot of research and reviews on healthy cookware, I decided to go with ceramic coated and glass cookware. I just recently got my starfrit ceramic nonstick pan and we LOVE IT! We decided to go with starfrit partly due to yours and several other reviews.
I have tried ceramic nonstick pans before like EarthChef, which was a TERRIBLE experience. I highly suggest you try this pan if you are one of those health conscious that wants a nice non-stick pan. I can cook anything on this, the food just glides and kind of “floats”, especially eggs, which I couldn’t even cook on the EarthChef nonstick.
