With recent bans on BPA in baby bottles,  and increasing numbers of people are moving towards glass options instead. But is glass, in its fragile form, going to cause a hazard due to its breakability?

Siliskins

Siliskins are designed to fit a variety of glass baby bottles, both large and small. They are a safe way to prevent your glass bottle from breaking, are hypoallergenic, and clean just as easy as the bibs – just throw them in the dishwasher!

You can purchase them individually or with an Evenflo bottle. They come in many colours -from pink to aqua to white – making it difficult to choose just one. Because of silicone’s heat resistance, they can also be boiled along with the bottle for sterlization or microwaved when heating the contect of the bottle. or microwave along with the bottle.

They are available in 8oz and 4oz sizes for wideneck and standard bottles, making it easy for the skins can be adapted to and, more than likely, fit what you have.

We love how easy it is to remove the skin from the bottle. They fit snuggly, but slip off without risk of breaking the bottle. Kudos to the safety barrier it provides, regardless of the heat distribution or accidentally dropping the bottle.
