Same concept - they grow with your baby - and they are awesome. We use disposables occasionally if we are going to be gone all day and don't want to lug around a ton of dirty diapers, and every time we use a disposable it leaks. The cloth diapers rarely do. So, not only are they good for the environment, your baby's skin, and your wallet, they also avoid disgusting blowouts! We are using BumGenius 3.0’s for our 3-month old. I have to say though, buying cloth diapers that can adjust to fit your baby for a year or more makes way more sense than buying new diapers every 3 months.
