LUSH Cosmetics campaigns to end seal hunt

In addition the campaign, LUSH has created a new soap bar specifically designed for the
campaign. This bubbly bar, appropriately titled First Swim, gives back to the the mission with 100% of proceeds going towards Sea Shepherd Conservation Society, who directly stop sealers from killing baby harp seals.
“As a business that cares about animals and the environment we are ashamed that the blood continues to flow on the ice of Eastern Canada,” explained Mark Wolverton, North American CEO of LUSH Cosmetics, on their website. “Clubbing and shooting baby seals for their fur is cruelty to animals, plain and simple, and LUSH Cosmetics wants to see it stopped.”
