It really is great. I used to have a sinus infection every other month. Since I’ve started using the neti pot I’ve only had one infection in the last year and a half. Some other people are such fans, they made a great music video about it: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fqzUwnr2QAo

i have just gone and bought one from amazon (though it was co.uk) for my partner as she suffers from allergies all the time. hope she likes it. i went with the nicer espensive one you suggested over the plastic ones.

The neti pot really does work! it helped my allergies and colds since I started using it 6 years ago.
