As a volunteer program coordinator, I think it is important that we provide more information to our potential participants before they engage to abroad experiences. The market is getting corrupted as it gets more and more commercial and there are scammers ready to take advantage of people with a genuine interest in helping others. Fortunately, I have seen a couple good websites where we can all post listings to our programs and our participants can review them. The site owners said in a blog that they will even include a blacklist to prevent the audience about scams. I think this is great! We can and should help too! Good luck everybody! Excellent Blog!
