Everywhere you look, nature-inspiration is cropping up everywhere. More and more clothes are made out of sustainable materials, such as hemp. Kitchen stores are stocked full of bamboo cutting boards. Containers are biodegradable, cars are being replaced for bicycles and every electronic is wearing some sort of energy-saving device.
Web design is no exception, and we love that more and more designers are choosing nature and eco-themes as their inspiration.
An example is CSS Nature (cssnature.org), highlighting the best in nature designs. So why are these environment designs becoming the next best in show?
I can assume its because the simple and rustic – yet flawless – designs have a homey and pleasant feel to them.
They are slick without being pretentious, and gorgeous without being over done.

I think the design of this website is the best eco design ever,
but this: “http://www.testlab2.com/” has also a great design.
