40 seconds, one year, one view
By Laurie Posted on October 29th, 2009 in Latest News, videoOver the course of one year, a clever artist captured images from the exact same spot peering out his window. Gorgeous, fascinating, and nature-inspired – we love it.
With a little creativity, some copying and connecting, and a lot of patience, it’s digital art in a true sense of the term.
By combining it all together, artist Eirik Solheim developed a video only forty seconds in length, bringing the viewer through all of the seasons, changes, and movement in a 365-day span.
Check out the video below, and also check out his blog, eirikso.com.

One year in 40 seconds from Eirik Solheim on Vimeo.
Amazing. His current camera of choice seems to be a CanonMark II. A pipe dream, perhaps, for the majority of us, but one that definitely does him well.
